The plastic pelletizer blade is a key component in pelletizing production. Multiple moving blades are mounted on a cutter drum and work in conjunction with a fixed blade. Their performance directly determines the uniformity and surface quality of the pellets. Our moving blades are made of high-performance carbide, precision CNC machined, and custom-designed with cutting edge angles. This ensures a smooth and stable cutting process, sharpness, and durability. Suitable for pelletizing a variety of plastic materials, including PP, PE, PET, PVC, PA, and PC, the blades are suitable.
Selected fracture-resistant alloy grades (YG6X and YG8X) facilitate rework after insert passivation.
CNC machining enables the production of complex insert geometries.
Overall insert straightness is controlled, including flatness and parallelism.
Edge defects are controlled to the micron level.
Available threading tools include solid carbide and welded alloy threading tools.

Q: How long do your blades last? What is their service life?
A: In typical PP/PE stranding conditions, the blade life is approximately 1.5–3 times longer than that of ordinary carbide tools.
Q: Can the blade geometry be customized?
A: We support rapid customization and prototyping, from design drawing → prototyping → small batch verification → full-scale production. Tolerances and cutting edge strategies are provided at each step.
Q: Not sure if the machine model is compatible?
A: We offer a full range of pelletizing services, including strand pelletizing, water ring pelletizing, and underwater pelletizing. We have a comprehensive library of over 300 mainstream domestic and imported models.
Q: What if a problem occurs? Do you provide after-sales service for the blades?
We have a complete production process, ensuring traceability and controllable quality inspection throughout the entire process.
