The corrugated slitter scorer knives are one of Shen Gong's most proud products. We began this business in 2002, and today, we are the world's largest manufacturer in terms of sales. Many globally renowned corrugator OEMs source their blades from Shen Gong.

Packaging, printing, and paper were the earliest industries Shen Gong entered. Our fully developed product series has been continuously exported to Europe and the United States for over 20 years, widely used in applications such as slitting and shredding printed materials, cutting in the tobacco industry, straw cutting, slitting on rewinding machines, and digital cutting machines for various materials.

Shen Gong is the first company in China to develop precision slitting blades suitable for lithium-ion battery electrodes. Whether for slitting or cross-cutting, the blade edges can achieve "zero" defects, with flatness controlled to the micron level. This effectively suppresses burrs and dust issues during the slitting of battery electrodes. For this industry, Shen Gong also offers an exclusive third-generation super diamond coating, ETaC-3, which provides extended tool life.

In the sheet metal industry, Shen Gong primarily provides precision coil slitting knives for silicon steel sheets, precision gang slitting knives for non-ferrous metals such as nickel, copper, and aluminum sheets, as well as carbide saw blades for precision milling and slitting of metal sheets. Shen Gong's precision manufacturing processes for these knives can achieve full mirror polishing, with micron-level flatness and consistency in inner and outer diameters. These products are exported in large quantities to Europe and Japan.

Shen Gong provides various granulation fixed and rotary blades, shredding fixed and rotary blades, and other non-standard blades for the rubber and plastics industry as well as the waste recycling industry. The high-toughness carbide materials developed by Shen Gong maintain excellent wear resistance while also offering superior anti-chipping performance. According to customer needs, Shen Gong can supply blades made from solid carbide, welded carbide, or with PVD coatings.

For the chemical fiber and non-woven industries, the knives and blades generally use universal carbide materials. The sub-micron grain size ensures a good balance of wear resistance and anti-chipping performance. Shen Gong's superior edge processing technology maintains sharpness while effectively preventing chipping. They are widely used in the cutting of chemical fibers, non-woven materials, and textile materials.

Shen Gong provides industrial cutting and slicing blades for meat processing, grinding blades for sauces (such as industrial grinding for tomato paste and peanut butter), and crushing blades for hard foods (such as nuts). Of course, we can also custom design non-standard blades according to customer requirements.

Shen Gong provides industrial blades for medical equipment, such as those used in the processing of medical tubes and containers. Shen Gong's stringent production of carbide raw materials ensures purity to meet medical standards. The knives and blades can be supplied with the corresponding SDS manual, as well as third-party RoHS and REACH certification reports.

Shen Gong has introduced TiCN-based cermet material production technology from Japan, which is used to manufacture indexable inserts, cutting tool blanks, and welded tips for metal cutting saw blades. The excellent wear resistance and low metal affinity of cermet significantly extend lifespan and achieve a very smooth surface finish. These cutting tools are primarily used for machining P01~P40 steels, some stainless steels, and cast iron, making them ideal materials and tools for precision machining.
