Traditional fiber cutting knives are prone to problems such as fiber pulling, sticking to the knife, and rough edges when cutting artificial fiber materials such as polyester, nylon, polypropylene, and viscose. These issues seriously affect the quality of the cutting process.

Therefore, Shengong has improved the new generation of cutting technology, adjusted the proportion of hard alloy raw materials, and designed the cutting edge shape and angle, as well as the unique anti-sticking coating technology. This has significantly enhanced the wear resistance of the knife and the sharpness of the edge, greatly improving the quality of the cutting process.
Hard alloy raw materials: Ultra-fine grain hard alloy is used, with an alloy particle size below the micron level to effectively suppress edge defects, significantly improving sharpness and wear resistance. The edge is treated with fine passivation and mirror polishing to ensure smooth cutting and prevent fibers from being "pulled".
Edge shape and angle design: The knife is processed with high-precision grinding technology, and the edge shape and angle are precisely designed by the CNC numerical control center to ensure the straightness and consistency of the edge. Different edge designs are adapted to different fiber materials (polyester, nylon, polypropylene, etc.). Combined with the micron-level mirror edge, the fiber roughening during the cutting process is greatly reduced.
Unique anti-sticking coating technology: Anti-sticking coatings such as TIN/TICN and unique anti-sticking coating technology are used to significantly reduce the problem of the knife sticking to the material.

Shengong knives have passed ISO9001 certification and have a standardized production process and operation mode. They offer standard knife specifications and support custom products based on customer drawings.
