    Shen Gong slitter scorer knives are coated with PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technology, featuring TiN or TiCN coatings that offer superior hardness and wear resistance. This advanced coating ensures that the blades perform reliably even in high-speed production settings.The surface hardness of our knives reaches HV3200 (HRA 91.7). With a nano-thin coating thickness of 0.3-3μm, our knives maintain sharp cutting precision throughout their long service life, ensuring consistent performance without frequent re-sharpening.Shen Gong Carbide Knives' PVD-coated corrugated slitter scorer knives is suitable for use with a variety of corrugated board types, including 120–600gsm (A/B/C/E flute optimized).
