Shen Gong ATS corrugated slitter scorer knives are coated using precision physical jetting treatment,these technologies create low energy, highly hydrophobic surfaces similar to lotus leaves,effectively mitigating adhesion issues on blade edges.During the corrugated board slitting process, a large amount of dust is generated and adheres to the blade edges. This leads to poor slitting quality. In some cases, excessive dust accumulation can even create blockages, causing blade breakage and cardboard damage during high - speed slitting, resulting in double losses.

However, Shen Gong's Anti - sticking (ATS) corrugated slitter scorer knives use anti - sticking technology on their surfaces. This significantly improves the issue of adhesive sticking on the blades, reduces downtime, and enhances production efficiency.
