Short Description:

Shen Gong carbide circular slitting knives are purpose-built for high-volume industrial slitting tasks. Manufactured from premium tungsten carbide with hardness ranging from HRA 90 to 91, these blades deliver up to 8 times longer service life compared with conventional HSS blades.
Adopting fully automated edge grinding, each knife reaches a precision tolerance of ±0.01mm. It consistently produces fray-free, burr-free and perfectly finished edges. The blades work reliably for PET films for food and electronics industries, CPP and PE films used in medical and packaging fields. They also handle conductive tapes, EMI shielding tapes, foam tapes, VHB tapes, waterproof tapes, release liners and composite films. All products hold ISO 9001 quality certification.
